Ofada sauce mix

Pepper Mix contains a blend of coarsely ground Bell Peppers, Cayenne Peppers, Chilli Peppers, Onions.

This  Mix can be used to make many dishes such as  the popular Ofada Sauce or as a base for Efo Riro, Local Jollof, yam porridge and many more.

Soak the pepper mix in warm water for 20 minutes. Then fry in bleached or Palm Oil. Add your choice of meat fish or chicken diced in cubes. Add boiled eggs if required. Add salt or stock cubes to taste.

Makes 8 – 10 portions.
