Mama Awon Boys products came about from my love of cooking, However, spending hours in the kitchen took me away from my boys, I decided to start researching ways to enjoy delicious fresh meals, spending half the time. I discovered it’s possible to dehydrate and rehydrate ingredients while retaining the freshness. Experimented with different mix of all the ingredients of our favourite sauce, Stew base etc. The outcome of my experiment was mind blowing, for years I enjoyed cooking with my simplified ingredients with my family, however I decided to share my kitchen secrets with the world.
